1. Rates are exclusive of taxes.

2. Service Activation: Our services will only begin once we receive setup fees, signed agreement, NOC & property documents.

3. Google Ads Management: We offer two methods for managing Google Ads:
a) Revnottel will invest money on behalf of the hotel and bill the hotel at the end of the month, including service fees.
b) We create an ad account on the hotel's email, and the hotel adds money for Google Ads.

4. Payment Terms: Payment for all services must be received within 15 days of the invoice. If payment is not made within the specified time frame, our services will be paused. Reminder notifications will also be sent.

5. Inventory and Commission Model: If the hotel operates on a commission model, the hotel commits to providing accurate inventory. The hotel must not mark OTAs as sold out unless the hotel is fully booked.

6. Minimum Service Period: Our services require a minimum locking period of 3 months, with a 1-month notice period. If the hotel leaves before 3 months, payment for the full 3 months is required.

7. Credentials and Handover: All OTA credentials and handover will be provided only when the full payment for our services has been completed. The hotel's official credentials and website credentials will be shared once the NOC is provided.

8. Admin Access Requirements: We require admin access to your Google My Business (GMB) account and all OTA credentials to begin our work if your hotel is already operational.

9. Liability: Revnottel will not be held liable for any issues caused by OTAs failing to pay or becoming insolvent.

10. Pricing Renewal: Our pricing is valid for the first year. After one year, our services will automatically renew with a 20% increase in service rates. We will notify you via email or discuss mutually a month before renewal.

11. Travel and Accommodation Costs: If the hotel requests us to visit for training or ideation sessions, we will charge for travel, transportation, accommodation, and meals for our team. These costs will be estimated and invoiced in advance.

12. Additional Services: If additional services are requested, a proposal will be sent to the hotel, and work will begin only after approval. Additional charges will be billed at the end of the month.

13. Website Hosting: Revnottel will purchase and maintain the hotel’s domain and hosting, but if the website is hosted by a third party, we take no responsibility for any downtime.

14. Termination: If both parties decide to part ways, the hotel must settle any outstanding bills, and Revnottel will hand over all digital and OTA assets to the hotel. All content posted on social media and OTAs belongs to the hotel.

15. Setup Fees: Setup fees are one-time charges and separate from monthly service fees, which will be activated from day 1 of the agreement.

16. Marketing Activities: We encourage hotels to participate in innovative marketing activities to boost brand presence, but this is optional and not compulsory.

17. Refund Policy: Any payments made to us, including setup fees, are non-refundable. Refunds for services will be processed via NEFT only.

18. Notice for Service Termination: A minimum 1-month written notice is required for service termination.

19. Payment Security: All payments are secured, and we take full responsibility for all passwords.

20. Legal Jurisdiction: Any legal matters related to the services will be dealt with under Pune jurisdiction only.

21. Booking Cancellations: Bookings canceled within 48 hours can be amended or refunded.

22. Website Rights: All rights to the website content and intellectual property are reserved by Revnottel.
